Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that online purchases may not always meet expectations, so we offer a hassle-free guarantee to all our customers. Our return and refund policies are designed to be customer-friendly.

Please read the product details carefully before placing your order.

Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incomplete Product:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or your order is incomplete, we offer the following options:

  • Replacement with the correct product OR

  • Exchange for an alternative product of equal value OR

  • Full refund for prepaid orders.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@decorworldz.in. Please provide pictures and an unboxing video of the received product. We will arrange a return pickup, and upon receiving the returned item, a quality check will be conducted. If the damage is confirmed to be due to our fault and not misuse, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

For incomplete products or missing items, we will verify the issue and send the missing parts accordingly.

Didn’t Like the Product / Size Issue / Changed My Mind / No Longer Needed:

We ensure top-quality products through a rigorous quality check process. However, as these are art products, slight variations in appearance and finish may occur. Colors displayed on our website are as close as possible to the actual product but may vary depending on your screen settings. Handmade paintings may also have minor variations due to their unique nature.

Selecting the right product is the customer’s responsibility. Since each product is prepared after receiving an order, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for products that meet the specifications displayed on our website.

For canvas paintings with floating frames, minor corner misalignments may occur during transit. These can be adjusted easily, and the frame will return to its original shape.

For prepaid order refunds, the transaction will be reversed and may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the refunded amount will be credited as cashback to your DecorWorldz wallet, which can be used for future purchases but is non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ensure that returned products are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags, accessories, and branded packaging must be included.

Note: Customers requesting an exchange must bear both the pickup charges for the original product and the shipping charges for the new product. The new product will be dispatched only after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If any new damage is found upon inspection, the cost of these damages must be settled before proceeding with the exchange.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any extra charges. To cancel your order, visit the “Orders” section in “My Account” or email us at support@decorworldz.in. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Exceptions:

The above policies do not apply to:

  • Furniture items such as tables, chairs, etc.

  • Hand-painted paintings

  • Custom orders

These products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For cancellations of hand-painted items, contact us within 24 hours. No cancellations will be accepted beyond this period.

Custom Product Orders:

Custom products are made specifically at your request and differ from standard products on our website. COD is not applicable for custom orders, and these items are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in cases of incorrect or damaged products received.

Bulk Orders:

Orders valued above INR 15,000 fall under the bulk order category. Our standard return and refund policies do not apply to bulk orders. Bulk orders are non-refundable under any circumstances, though defective or damaged items may be replaced individually. Bulk orders may require additional shipping time, which will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
